Eliana Bailey Return and Refund Policy

At Eliana Bailey, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 30 days of receiving the product.

Important: Do not return any product without receiving confirmation and return instructions from our Customer Service Team.

- Your order number

- The item you wish to return

- A brief explanation of the reason for your request (required)

- A clear photo of the product in question (required if applicable)

2. Wait for approval

Our team will review your request and provide instructions once the return is approved.

3. Packaging and Shipping

- Pack the product securely to avoid damage during shipping.

- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

- We recommend using a trackable shipping method (UPS, FedEx or USPS).

Refund Request without Return

If you are requesting a refund without returning the product, please send an email to Support@ElianaBailey.shop with:

- Your order number

- The item in question

- A brief explanation of the reason for your request (required)

- A clear photo of the product in question (required if applicable)

Each request is evaluated individually. Our Customer Service team will determine on a case-by-case basis whether a refund is possible without returning the product.

Refunds

Retail Store Purchases

If you purchased an Eliana Bailey product at a salon, spa, boutique or retail store, please contact the place of purchase directly to process your return according to their policies.
